The Wireless Foundation and DC Public Charter School Board to Announce New Mobile App MyDCcharters at DC Charter School Expo

WHAT:   Press conference to announce the launch of MyDCcharters, a new mobile app that provides detailed information on  the city’s public charter schools, during the 4th annual DC Public Charter School Expo.

BACKGROUND:     The annual DC Public Charter School Expo at the Washington Convention Center is a one-stop opportunity for DC families and teachers to learn about charter school options. The expo is free and open to the public from noon to 4pm.
                                  Thousands are expected to attend.
