Procurement Contract Submission Policy
With the exception of certain types of contracts, all procurement contracts over $25k must be bid publicly, and all procurement contracts and nonprocurement contract documents must be submitted to DC PCSB no later than three days after a school awards the contract. If the contract is a Conflicting Interest Contract or Interested Party Contract (as defined in the policy), the school must submit board minutes demonstrating that the conflict or interest was approved by the board. (This policy goes into effect on July 1.) All expenditures made by public charter schools equal to or exceeding $25,000 must be submitted to DC PCSB for review and they're read into the record.
