Raven Freeman

Raven Freeman develops strategies and directs initiatives across DC PCSB to ensure efficiency and alignment, and leads the agency's organizational culture.  Before joining DC PCSB, Ms. Freeman served in several cross-functional roles, leading teams to design and implement organizational-wide systems. This included being a Partner at EdFuel where she helped education organizations recruit and retain top talent.  She was also Director, Systems & Operations at Achievement First Public Charter School Network and Regional Program Director at Black Girls CODE, a nonprofit that focuses on providing technology education for African American girls.  Earlier in her career, Ms. Freeman worked for Discovery Communications and Goldman Sachs.  Ms. Freeman has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Spelman College and a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University.
