Racine Tucker-Hamilton
Racine Tucker-Hamilton leads the communications team at DC PCSB. She is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s communications strategy and vision, including digital and traditional media, messaging, storytelling, website management, and collateral. She brings deep experience from leading communications strategy, planning, and media relations for organizations such as In Our Own Voice: National Black Women’s Reproductive Justice Agenda, NeighborWorks America, and WomenHeart. Mrs. Tucker-Hamilton is a mission-driven leader known for executing high-impact communications initiatives that elevate marginalized voices and drive action. A former award-winning broadcast reporter, she leverages her journalism background to craft compelling narratives and navigate complex media landscapes. Mrs. Tucker-Hamilton is a member of the Washington Association of Black Journalists, Black Girls in Media, ColorComm, and Washington Women in Film and Video. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Radford University.
