Description:
- This bill expands the jurisdiction of the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) to include adjudicated cases arising from the Department of Behavioral Health, the Rental Housing Conversion and Sale Act of 1980, cases involving the Department of Energy and the Environment, cases involving the denial or revocation of a notary commission, as well as certain cases involving or arising from the Condominium Act of 1976.
- OAH's jurisdiction would also include the Department of Insurance, Securities, and Banking, Child Support Enforcement, as well as certain cases involving DC Public Schools and Public Charter Schools.
