Chanei Clemons M. Ed.

Chanei Clemons, M.Ed., is an experienced educational leader with a background in nonprofit management, youth development, and community engagement. As a school principal, she brings over a decade of leadership experience focused on transforming school culture, advancing community connections, and supporting student success. Known for her inclusive and collaborative approach, Chanei has led initiatives in both school and community settings that emphasize strategic planning, staff development, and culturally responsive practices. Her work has included the design of social-emotional learning programs, the development of culturally relevant curricula, and the cultivation of strong partnerships with families and stakeholders. She holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Administration and Supervision and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Instructional Leadership. Passionate about creating safe, empowering learning environments, Chanei is committed to ensuring that every student is seen, heard, and supported.
