Carisa Stanley Beatty
A native Washingtonian, Carisa Stanley Beatty has more than 20 years of professional experience in banking and finance in the Washington, DC area. She currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Lending at Hingham Institution for Savings, where she works with businesses and organizations to support their financing and growth needs. Previously, she served as Mid-Atlantic Team Leader with Amalgamated Bank and as Director of Single-Family Programs with the DC Housing Finance Agency. A parent of a DC public charter school student and former Ward 5 leader of PAVE, DC, an advocacy organization dedicated to elevating parent voices, Ms. Stanley Beatty has deep knowledge of public charter school education in the District. She also served as president and board member of the Washington, DC Chapter of African American Real Estate professionals and as a mayoral appointee to the Washington DC Historic Preservation Review Board. Ms. Stanley Beatty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
She will serve until 2030.
