7:10 pm      Presentation by Ideal Community PCS representatives (30 minutes max)
7:45 pm      Question and Answer period
8:45 pm      Public testimony - each person will have 2 minutes (30 minutes max)
9:15 pm      Closing statement by Brian Jones
